You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be complete, in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Start your return online below — we’ll email you a return authorization number within one business day.
What can’t be returned
- Special orders and clearance items
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items (earphones, in-ear monitors, microphones, harmonicas, mouthpieces…) unless still factory-sealed
Fees, explained honestly
We’d rather you know before you buy than discover at return time:

How it works

- Ship the item or drop it off in store.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Use the damaged item form or the order error form instead — those are priority queues with no fees.
