guitars: tuning stability, tuning difficulty and balance.

The Starstream Bass Artist HL represents one of the most exciting advancements in bass guitar design in recent years.

Revolutionary VOX Headless System

The VOX Starstream Bass Artist HL is crafted for unparalleled comfort and precision. Its lightweight VSS frame, featuring a resin structure paired with an alder body, ensures impeccable body balance and effortless playability.

At the heart of this innovation is the newly developed VOX Headless System, a cutting-edge bridge mechanism designed to optimize tuning stability and simplify adjustments.

• Diagonal Tuning Knobs: The intuitive tuning knobs require minimal effort to achieve- and hold – precise tuning, providing exceptional ease of use.
• Enhanced Tuning Accuracy: A unique winding mechanism ensures stable, highly precise tuning that won’t easily drift allowing for an unmatched playing experience.
• This system is exclusive to the Starstream Bass, making it a true standout in the world of headless basses.

Optimized Neck and Joint Structure

The Deep Bolt-On Joint reinforces the connection between the neck and body, enhancing string vibration transfer for richer resonance and tonal clarity. This advanced structural optimization ensures a responsive and dynamic sound, perfect for a variety of playing styles.

Powered by Aguilar Electronics

Equipped with Aguilar pickups and preamps, the Starstream Bass delivers a full-bodied, powerful tone with exceptional clarity and depth. Whether you’re laying down smooth grooves or cutting through a mix with punchy riffs, the Aguilar system ensures consistent, high-quality sound.

Innovative Headpiece Design

Unlike conventional headless basses that often sacrifice tone for weight reduction, the VOX Starstream Bass features a uniquely engineered headpiece. This proprietary design adds just the right amount of weight to the tip of the neck, enhancing resonance and preserving the full, rich bass sound players expect.
